Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

One-on-one personalized pelvic floor PT sessions. Provided for pregnant and postpartum women to treat pregnancy and postpartum related conditions such as but not limited to...low back pain, pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, pubic symphysis dysfunction and more. Sessions can include both external and internal manual treatment, exercise prescription, and home exercise program development.

Birth Doula Services

Emotional and physical support during the perinatal period, and during labor and delivery. Includes: 2-3 prenatal sessions to discuss birth plans, and address any questions and concerns leading up to labor and delivery Starting at 37 weeks, available by text 24/7, and available by phone call 24/7 at onset of labor. Continuous in person support during active labor. 1 postpartum sessio... Read More

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a physical therapist. After working in the outpatient orthopedic world for years, I discovered the importance of the pelvic floor, yet realized how under valued it was. This inspired me to dive deeper, and learn more about how I could better help my patients by integrating pelvic floor work into my treatments. I became really invested in the pregnant and postpartum population, so I started Lunar. I strive to help women move and feel better during their pregnancies and postpartum with my holistic approach to physical therapy.
